Ingredients

  • 7 oz canned tuna, drained
  • 1/2 to 1 cup diced celery
  • small can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 diced red apples
  • 1/2 cup broken nuts

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl.
  2. Add diced celery, drained pineapple tidbits, diced red apples, and broken nuts.
  3. Toss everything together with mayonnaise or salad dressing thinned with pineapple juice.
  4. Serve in lettuce cups.
