Apple-Wich

Instructions
- Cut 2 wedges from each side of the apple, on either side of the core.
- Mix the cottage cheese, raisins, and sunflower seeds in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture on the exposed parts of each apple wedge.
- Close the apple to form the 'apple-wich'.
- At school, your child can open the apple-wich and eat each half separately.
