- Make 2 cups of biscuit dough and sweeten with 1 tablespoon sugar. Roll out as for pie crust.
- Grate 2 cups of apple and mix with 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, 3/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
- Spread the apple mixture over the rolled-out biscuit dough.
- Roll up the dough with the filling inside, then cut into slices or assemble as desired.
- Bake according to your preferred method until golden and cooked through.
