Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups grated apple
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Make 2 cups of biscuit dough and sweeten with 1 tablespoon sugar. Roll out as for pie crust.
  2. Grate 2 cups of apple and mix with 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, 3/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
  3. Spread the apple mixture over the rolled-out biscuit dough.
  4. Roll up the dough with the filling inside, then cut into slices or assemble as desired.
  5. Bake according to your preferred method until golden and cooked through.
