Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 cup corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, corn flakes, applesauce, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes until cooked through and sauce is bubbling.
