Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup raspberry applesauce
  • 3/4 cup tap water
  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cup bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon dry milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup cranberry raisins

Instructions

  1. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
  2. Melt the butter and add it to the applesauce and tap water.
  3. Pour these liquids into the bread pan of your bread maker.
  4. Add the whole wheat flour, bread flour, salt, brown sugar, dry milk, and cinnamon to the pan.
  5. Sprinkle the dry yeast into the pan, placing it away from the liquid ingredients.
  6. Start the bread maker on the kneading cycle.
  7. Halfway through kneading, add the raisins and cranberry raisins.
