Apricot Bread Pudding
A comforting bread pudding with sweet apricots and raisins, infused with vanilla and apricot jam, perfect for dessert or a cozy brunch treat.

Instructions
- Place raisins and apricots in a bowl.
- Cover with boiling water and soften for 10 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Sprinkle half the fruit in the bottom of a buttered 8-inch square baking dish.
- Butter the bread slices and arrange them, buttered side up, on top of the fruit, overlapping if necessary.
- Sprinkle with the remaining fruit.
