Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 steaks
  • flour
  • 2 tsp. minced onion

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks accordingly.
  2. Dredge the steaks in flour and brown them in a skillet.
  3. Add minced onion, 4 teaspoons of flour, and juice from canned apricots to the skillet.
  4. Place the browned steaks and the mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
  6. Thirty minutes into baking, place apricots on top of the steaks and return to the oven.
