Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned artichoke hearts and chop them if desired.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  4. Save some Parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until hot and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
