Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz) loaf unsliced French bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sesame seeds, cook, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chopped artichoke hearts, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and sour cream.
