Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, stir and mix well by hand.
  2. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring to ensure even heat.
  4. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers or king-size Fritos.
