  2. Drain the other jar of artichoke hearts and add them to the pan; remove from heat.
  3. Beat the eggs and mix in all remaining ingredients, including the cooked mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes or until set and golden.
