Ingredients

  • 1 cup pie crust mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 package vanilla, coconut cream or butterscotch pudding and pie filling (4 servings)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the pie crust mix over the bottom of an 8-inch pie plate.
  2. Drain peaches, reserving the syrup.
  3. Set aside a few slices of peaches for garnish; dice the remaining peaches.
  4. Combine pudding mix, allspice, reserved syrup, and milk, blending well.
  5. Stir in diced peaches and spoon half the pudding mixture over the pie crust mix.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining pie crust mix and top with the remaining pudding mixture.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes or until set.
  8. Garnish with thawed Cool Whip and reserved peaches before serving.
