Creamy and cheesy, this Au Gratin Chicken Bake combines tender chicken, water chestnuts, and spaghetti in a rich cheese sauce, perfect for comforting family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 4 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pimiento

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, cream of celery soup, sliced water chestnuts, cooked and drained spaghetti, 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped pimiento, and soy sauce; mix lightly.
  2. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and additional Parmesan cheese; continue baking until cheese melts.
