  • 1 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Mix dark Karo syrup, white sugar, eggs, ginger, and margarine well.
  2. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie crust.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 50 to 55 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool before serving.
