Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. pork
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork pieces in a skillet.
  2. Add chopped onions and celery to the pork and sauté until tender.
  3. Combine the cooked pork and vegetables with cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, chopped celery, chopped onion, uncooked rice, soy sauce, Kitchen Bouquet, sliced water chestnuts, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
  4. Place the mixture in a 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole dish.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour until hot and bubbly.
