Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bag coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons (heaping) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the dressing the night before you intend to use it.
  2. Combine the coleslaw and dressing together before serving.
  3. The coleslaw may look dry initially, but there is plenty of dressing.
  4. This recipe doubles well for 2 pounds of coleslaw.
  5. Enjoy.
