Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 9 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed Jack cheese
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine baking powder, salt, sugar, and pepper.
  3. Add flour to the mixture and stir well.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  5. Add the eggs, cubed Jack cheese, cream cheese, and cottage cheese to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes or until golden and set.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Can also be baked in a large sheet pan.
