Three Cheese Brunch

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine baking powder, salt, sugar, and pepper.
- Add flour to the mixture and stir well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
- Add the eggs, cubed Jack cheese, cream cheese, and cottage cheese to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Can also be baked in a large sheet pan.
