Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. tri-colored pasta
  • 1 pt. cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 3 scallions
  • 6 oz. red grapes
  • 6 oz. green grapes
  • 1 small frozen pkg. peas
  • 1 small head broccoli flowerets
  • 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. Feta cheese
  • 1 bottle Balsam and Vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  1. Boil the tri-colored pasta, then drain and let it cool.
  2. Combine cherry or grape tomatoes, finely chopped scallions, red grapes, green grapes, thawed peas, and broccoli florets in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the vegetables and fruits with the cooled pasta.
  4. Reserve some Parmesan cheese and add the rest along with the feta cheese to the salad.
  5. Add the balsam and vinaigrette dressing and toss to combine.
  6. Top the salad with the reserved Parmesan cheese.
  7. Refrigerate until well chilled before serving.
