Ingredients

  • 2 pans cornbread
  • 2 to 4 slices old bread
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp poultry seasoning
  • 4 or 5 eggs
  • chicken or turkey broth or milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cornbread and old bread and mix them together in a large bowl.
  2. Add chopped onions, poultry seasoning, eggs, and enough broth or milk to make the mixture slushy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
