Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and sift.
  2. Beat egg yolks until lemon-colored and add with milk to dry ingredients.
  3. Add melted butter.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
  5. Bake in preheated waffle iron.
