Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook, covered, until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Combine cream of chicken soup and milk in a bowl.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the cooked onions in the skillet.
  5. Add grated Cheddar cheese to the skillet and cook until the cheese is smooth and bubbles.
  6. Serve the onion supper over toast.
