Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 3 oz. package cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake as directed, using pineapple juice instead of water. Allow it to cool.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with milk and blend with the vanilla pudding for 2 minutes.
  3. Once the cake is cool, spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
  4. Cover the cake with crushed drained pineapple.
  5. Spread Cool Whip over the pineapple topping.
  6. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  7. Refrigerate the cake overnight before serving.
