Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. flake coconut

Instructions

  1. Cream together the margarine, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  2. Blend in the self-rising flour, chocolate chips, and flake coconut.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until light golden brown.
