Aussie Ground Beef Toasts

- Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook onion 3 mins, stirring, until soft. Add beef and cook 5 mins, breaking up lumps, until browned. Stir in flour. Add stock, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 30 mins. Stir in parsley. Top with parsley sprigs and serve on toast.
