Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs prime minced steak
  • 1 large finely diced onion
  • 2 teaspoons beef, powder
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 -3 cups broken dry bread

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mold by hand into medium size balls or patties and fry in a hot, oiled frypan.
