Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 teaspoons water

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the sliced tomatoes, green pepper strips, sliced onion, and chopped parsley.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cider vinegar, salad oil, sugar, pepper, and water.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
