Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely minced
  • 1 scallion, finely sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, green onion and chili flakes.
  2. Let sit for 15 minutes for flavors to combine.
