Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or water
  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • generous dash pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil.
  2. Add pork chops and cook for 10 minutes or until browned; set chops aside and pour off excess fat.
  3. Add condensed cream of celery soup, apple juice, spicy brown mustard, honey, and a dash of pepper to the skillet.
  4. Heat the mixture to boil, then return the pork chops to the pan.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the pork chops are no longer pink.
