Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a 13x9 inch pan.
  2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Combine brown sugar, pecans, and flour to make the topping.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the pudding.
  6. Bake until set and topping is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
