Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Pour into small loaf pans and bake at 350° until knife comes out clean from center.
