Ingredients

  • 2 c. tiny shrimp
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 6 ripe avocados
  • rice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute tiny shrimp, chopped onion, and chopped apple in butter.
  2. Stir in chicken soup.
  3. Add salt and curry powder to taste.
  4. Heat over low heat until smooth.
