Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 recipe guacamole dip
  • 1 jar picante sauce
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 small can chopped ripe olives
  • 1 - 2 peeled and chopped ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Layer the refried beans, garlic powder, and chili powder in a 9 x 13 inch dish.
  2. Spread the guacamole dip evenly over the layers.
  3. Pour the jar of picante sauce on top.
  4. Spread the sour cream over the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle chopped ripe olives over the sour cream.
  6. Add chopped ripe tomatoes over the olives.
  7. Sprinkle grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese on top.
  8. Chill the casserole in the refrigerator.
  9. Serve chilled with chips.
