Ingredients

  • 3 avocados, halved and pitted
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. cubed Muenster cheese
  • 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Scoop the avocado flesh from the shells and dice it.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Spoon the salad mixture into the avocado shells to serve.
