Ingredients

  • 1 gal. green tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • 1/2 gal. onions, quartered
  • 1/2 gal. bell peppers, quartered
  • 1 c. hot peppers, chopped
  • 1 c. Morton canning salt
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 9 c. apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix together tomatoes, onions, peppers and salt.
  2. Let stand 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Mix together sugar and vinegar.
  4. Pour over tomato mixture.
  5. Heat through and seal in jars.
  6. Do not cook.
