Babka(Polish Easter Bread)

- Dissolve yeast and 1/8 cup sugar in warm water; let rise until foamy.
- When cool, add the yeast to the mixture made by combining warm milk and 1 1/2 cups flour; let rise until foamy.
- While this is rising, beat the egg yolks until foamy and of thick yellow consistency.
- Add the rum and oleo; beat until well mixed.
- Add 1 cup sugar; beat until thick.
- Add lemon rind.
- Combine the risen yeast mixture with the egg yolk mixture and mix well.
- Knead the dough until fluffy and thick; set aside to rise again before baking.
