Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 stick softened unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. caraway seed
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup chives or green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except green pepper, together in a blender or food processor.
  2. Spread on thinly sliced French or Italian bread rounds.
  3. Decorate the top of each round with a small diamond or square of fresh green pepper.
