Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. buttermilk cornbread mix
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. fried brown bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced small

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Grease muffin pan.
  3. Place the pan in the oven to heat.
  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Blend well until combined.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
