Ingredients

  • white sandwich loaf
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. bacon

Instructions

  1. Remove the crust from the sandwich loaf and cut each slice in half.
  2. Spread mushroom soup from the can onto each halved slice of bread.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mushroom soup on each slice.
  4. Wrap each bread slice with one-third of a strip of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Bake at 225°F (107°C) for 2 hours until bacon is crispy and roll-ups are heated through.
