Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 c skim milk
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Saute the chopped onion with bacon until the onion is translucent and bacon is cooked to desired doneness.
  2. Drain off excess fat from the bacon and onion mixture.
  3. Make a cream sauce by combining flour, skim milk, and Velveeta cheese over medium heat until smooth and thickened.
  4. Add pepper to the sauce once it reaches the desired consistency.
  5. Beat the eggs separately and then add them into the sauce, stirring well to incorporate.
