Instructions
- Remove the crust from each slice of bread.
- Spread a thin layer of whipped cream cheese on each slice.
- Cut each slice of bread into thirds.
- Cut a piece of raw bacon in thirds horizontally.
- Roll a piece of bread in a jelly roll fashion, then wrap a piece of bacon around it, securing with a toothpick.
- Repeat with the remaining bread, cream cheese, and bacon to make the desired number of roll-ups.
- Place the roll-ups on a cookie sheet and broil until browned, watching carefully as they can burn easily.
- Turn each roll-up to brown the other side.
- Serve hot.
