Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 3 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix beaten eggs with cider vinegar.
  2. Combine cracker crumbs with dry mustard and red pepper.
  3. Dip each bacon piece into the egg mixture, then coat with the crumb mixture.
  4. Arrange coated bacon pieces on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Can be cooked ahead of time and reheated or frozen, then thawed and reheated.
