Ingredients

  • 2 lb. steak
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 to 3 sliced carrots
  • 1 to 2 sliced onions

Instructions

  1. Chop the steak into 1-inch chunks.
  2. Place the steak chunks in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  3. Add barbecue sauce over the steak.
  4. Arrange sliced carrots and onions on top of the sauce and steak.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the steak is cooked through.
