Ingredients

  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 pt. stewed tomatoes
  • 4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can beef broth

Instructions

  1. Blend together beef broth and cornstarch.
  2. Stir the mixture into the zucchini and stewed tomatoes.
  3. Pour the broth mixture over the cooked meatballs.
  4. Continue baking for 10 to 20 minutes longer.
  5. Serve the dish over cooked rice or noodles.
