Baked Beans(Cholesterol Free)

Instructions
- Wash the beans; soak overnight.
- Parboil for 15 minutes in the morning.
- Add the onion, salt, pepper, mustard and ketchup to bottom of bean pot.
- Add parboiled beans.
- Add over the beans the molasses and oil, mixed together.
- Add boiling water to which has been added the baking soda.
- Cover beans with hot water.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 1/4 hours, or until tender.
