Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1/2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • pinch garlic
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Dip each chicken breast fillet in yogurt to coat.
  3. Mix flour, Creole seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, thyme, oregano, basil, and garlic in a bowl.
  4. Dredge the coated chicken in the seasoning mixture until well covered.
  5. Place the chicken on a cast-iron skillet or baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, turning the chicken every 20 minutes.
