Ingredients

  • 4 (3 oz.) chicken breasts, skin removed
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix ground ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together and rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and broil the chicken about 2 inches from the heat until browned.
  5. Test for doneness and serve.
