Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 eggs
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add flour and milk; continue to stir until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and add corn, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  4. Mix well and pour into a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) until brown on top, about 45 minutes.
