Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup American cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can crab meat

Instructions

  1. Cream the shortening and flour together.
  2. Cook the milk and American cheese until thick, stirring constantly.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion salt, celery salt, garlic salt, salt, mushrooms, crab meat, and lemon juice; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Cover with bread crumbs.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10 minutes.
