Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1/2 green onion
  • prepared mustard
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Halve each tomato and place cut side up on a baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the tomato halves with salt and spread prepared mustard on each.
  3. Finely chop the bell pepper, celery, and green onion.
  4. Mix the chopped vegetables with melted butter.
  5. Spoon the mixture over each tomato half.
  6. Bake in a 325°F oven for 30 minutes.
