Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Place the stew beef in a baking dish.
  2. Pour the French onion soup and cream of chicken soups over the beef.
  3. Mix everything together and cover the dish.
  4. Bake at 250°F (121°C) for 4 hours, or cook in a crock-pot on low for the same duration.
